I have yet to use Pinterest to unleash the crafty beast within, but it sure is handy for menu planning. Which is how I found the recipe for this cilantro-lime sauce-y goodness. You’ll slather it on everything (if you like cilantro & lime). Seriously, it’s good on plain rice.
Instructions: Toss this all in a food processor. Pulse. Eat.
1 cup fresh cilantro
1/2 cup salsa verde
1 cup buttermilk (I replaced this with a cup of Fage Greek Yogurt)
1/4 cup mayonnaise
Juice 2 limes
1/2 packet of ranch dressing mix
